Specialist Parent Coaching
Are you parenting a neurodivergent child?
Parenting a neurodivergent child can feel exhausting, confusing and, at times, completely overwhelming. The traditional approaches to parenting don’t always work, and you may have tried everything you can think of, only to find that basic routines, everyday expectations and seemingly simple things can result in huge levels of stress and overwhelm. When home life starts to feel like you are constantly firefighting, it can be difficult to know what to try next. Sometimes, trying to work it all out on your own is just too much.
This is where specialist parent coaching can help. Together, we’ll begin to unpick what is really going on, taking the big, overwhelming picture and stripping it right back. I’ll help you understand your child’s development, their individual needs and what might be sitting underneath the behaviour, so that we can find practical approaches that genuinely work for your child, your family and everyday life. The aim is to reduce the daily worry and stress, make space for more connection and joy and support your child’s developmental needs.

Not sure whether specialist parent coaching is right for you? Let's have a chat.
This short, informal conversation is an opportunity to tell me a little about what is happening at home, what you are finding difficult and what you would like support with.
There is no obligation to book a session. We can talk through whether a Specialist Parent Consultation or The Regulated Child Coaching Programme would be the most helpful next step for you and your family.
Specialist Parent Coaching Programme
Four personalised consultations
When you know that things need more than a single conversation.
Sometimes the difficulties are not about one particular routine or situation. There may be several things going on, behaviour, emotional regulation, school, relationships, routines, transitions, sensory needs or everyday family life and you need time and support to understand how they all connect.
The Regulated Child Coaching Programme gives us the opportunity to step back, look at the bigger picture and work together over time.
Across four personalised coaching sessions, we will explore what is happening for your child, understand their developmental needs and identify the changes that can make the biggest difference. We will put practical approaches into place, review what is working, adapt what isn't, and gradually build a more proactive approach that reduces the need for constant firefighting.
This is not about giving you a list of strategies to try. It is about helping you understand your child, understand what is driving the difficulties and develop an approach that works for your family.
The programme gives you the space to come back, revisit challenges as they arise and build your confidence along the way.
At the end of the programme, you will receive a personalised overall plan and review document, bringing together what we have explored, what you have learned about your child and the approaches that have worked best for your family. This gives you something practical to refer back to and continue using beyond our coaching sessions.

Individual Sessions
60 minutes
For when there is one particular thing that you need help to unpick.
Perhaps bedtime has become a battle. Getting ready for school is causing huge stress. Your child is struggling to attend an activity or club. A particular routine has become almost impossible. Or you are stuck in a cycle around something and simply cannot see how to move forward.
During this focused one-to-one consultation, we will unpick what is happening beneath the difficulty, consider your child's developmental and individual needs, and explore what might be driving the stress or behaviour.
Together, we will strip the situation back and identify practical, realistic approaches that you can try straight away, approaches that work for your child, your family and your everyday life.
After the session, you will receive a summary of our discussion, together with a practical plan and ideas to help you move forward.
