Our training is highly adaptable, tailored to the specific needs of each organisation. We are mindful that everyone is at a different starting point and has different needs, therefore the content and pace of training is tailored to your workforce.

The development of self-regulation is complex and takes time. It requires practitioners to tune into their own emotional states and respond intentionally. To support this ongoing process we provide opportunities for one-to-one or group coaching sessions post-training. We understand that every situation is unique, and we are committed to supporting you in making a positive, long term impact.
